In some cases, the service mode may have been activated unintentionally, which can stop normal cooling operation.

Action for Contact Centre Agent:

  1. Ask the consumer to unplug the appliance from the power supply for 1 minute.
  2. Plug the appliance back in.
  3. After reconnecting the power, the appliance should restart normally and begin cooling again.
